Para ello ya han abierto una empresa American Finanprop LLC , esta vez a nombre de Diego Kogutek .  Acusados penalmente por estafa y por delito contra el orden económico y financiero de la Argentina  han decidido mudar sus turbios negocios a ese país. Posiblemente la dirección de la compañía sea el actual domicilio de ambos imputado.

Después de recibir el repudio de todas las personas de la comunidad a la que pertenecían, luego de haber estafado a cientos de allegados y de sufrir sucesivos escraches de la comunidad judía especialmente en el colegio más caro de la misma (TARBUT en Olivos),. Diego y Nurith decidieron condenar al exilio a sus cuatro hijos Eitan (Eitu Kog), Micaela Kog , Ianiv Kog y el menor

Ambos deciden llevar a su familia e instalarse en Miami , Florida , Estados Unidos viajando en Aerolíneas Argentinas a principios de junio 2016.

Sin embargo Diego, luego del fraudulento concurso (VER LOS COMPLICES DEL CONCURSO) , sigue trabajando con su financiera intentando estafar nuevos desprevenidos.

Mientras el va y viene a Estados unidos llevando dinero su encargado de la oficina, Horacio Oestereicher, no deja de ofrecer créditos y grandilocuentes negocios.

Durante muchos años Diego Kogutek pudo sostener esta operatoria, utilizando el dinero de los nuevos ahorristas para comprar muchas propiedades en Buenos Aires y en el extranjero (Chile con la ayuda de Ariel Spolansky y Miami) en muchos casos firmando solo el boleto de compra venta o como con los préstamos a través de testaferros poniéndolos a nombre de otros. Kogutek y Spolansky tambien estan ofreciendo propiedades y servicios para quienes viajen a MIAMI y ORLANDO a traves de su facebook dudu kogutek (VER EN DOCUMENTOS)

No es casual que un Fiscal Federal también pida que se lo investigue por delito contra el orden económico y financiero.
Sus dos abogados de cabecera Daniel Judkiewick (gran activista comunitario de doble moral tanto en lo religioso como en su vida privada) y Jorge Saul Ferdkin no hacen mas que dilatar los procesos judiciales.

Para lograr la visa temporaria en Florida, ESTADOS UNIDOS han establecido un negocio en plena Ocean Drive en South Beach . El nombre es Ocean Wave y la dirección es 750 Ocean Drive, Miami Beach, FL 33139.

Lamentamos que los afectados sigan sufriendo sin encontrara consuelo ni en la justicia ni en las respuestas institucionales ni comunitarias. Esto esta teniendo consecuencias gravísimas para muchos de ellos. Dos personas han tenido consecuencias cardíacas. Una persona desarrollo un cáncer y esta en tratamiento. Esperemos que se mejoren y que se haga justicia.

Argentinean Jewish community scammer

Between 2000 and 2003, Diego Kogutek began to become an activist of the Jewish community, achieving the positions of Vice President from a temple and School IONA and Secretary of the Board of Cissab one of the biggest association of the Argentinean Jewish Community. Cissabs president was and still is Eduardo Brukman.

Using these positions as endorsement, he and his wife, Nurit Spolansky, made contact with members of the community to offer investments with 6-10% return per year.

Diego Kogutek obtained savings from members of BETEL, (http://www.betel.edu.ar/, CISSAB (www.cissab.org.ar), IONA (http://www.iona.org.ar) , Tarbut (http://www.tarbut.edu.ar) , ORT, (http://www.ort.edu.ar) Buber (www.buber.edu.ar) and Scholem Aleichem School (http://www.scholem.edu.ar/) .

In 2009 Kogutek with Spolansky started a company named MoneyNet SA located in Av JB Justo 2469 7 A and B, Villa Crespo – Buenos Aires (CP: 1414) 011 4856-0665 / 011 4856-0634 / 011 4854-3421 / 0800 888 3421

For many years, they could hold the scam using the money from new investors to pay interest on the old ones. But their level of personal expenses, travel and shopping condemned the fragile architecture of their pyramid scheme. Verbally confronted by an investor in the country club CISSAB, Diego Kogutek and his brother Sebastian called off the issue under the logic of the Mafia: a fist fight in front of families and children.

The rumors of this incident did nothing but accelerate a process that was already underway and all investors started to ask their  money back.

It is worth mentioning that some of this money could still have been returned by an honest person, but Diego Ariel Kogutek was not willing to give up the smallest part of his luxurious living standards of life.

Diego Kogutek stopped answering their phones and hired an attorney named Daniel Judkevitch, he is a known member in the  temple of the Jewish community 870 camargos´ street for giving speeches about his particular way of understand “justice” .

Daniel Judkevitch called Jorge Ferdkin an specialist in fraudulent business to complete  the legal defense of this scam.

Ferdkin answered the calls from desperate investors asking for time, delaying responses and generating the time needed to let  him time finalize  the  strategy that allow to Diego Kogutek maintain their properties and assets rather than return the money borrowed from the savers.

In the contest, the savers , shocked,  discovered that creditors were curiously Diego Kogutek family: Mauricio Kogutek, Elisa Fryc of Kogutek, Sebastian Kogutek Adrian Kogutek, etc.

As if this were not enough, Diego and his wife Nurith Kogutek Spolansky began to denounce to the savers on charges of threats in order to deter their legitimate claim.

Under such a scenario of influence peddling, embezzlement and fraud, any  person, wouls think that Diego Kogutek  would leave the country, but just moved to the private neighborhood located at Camino Real Camino Real 1550, 1609 Boulogne, San Isidro. Buenos Aires.

His children still attend schools at  the Jewish community (http://www.tarbut.edu.ar) . They are sharing classes with children of parents who were swindled under a sinister and unsustainable situation.

December 2014. Sunday sunset at CISSAB a private neighborhood from the Argentinean Jewish Community in Tristan Suarez, a City near Buenos Aires DF.

On the road beside the clubs´ swimming pool Diego Kogutek walks with his brother Sebastian when he is approached by an older man. What does the old man wanted?

The old man wants his money back. Diego Kogutek was the manager of his savings from a few years ago paying interest not from investing but from a classic Ponzi scheme.

Diego Kogutek was avoiding with some success this person and many others and now feels very ashamed at the association where he is not only a member, he is one Board member (www.cissab.org.ar) , a position that helped him to earn trust for this scam.

Within seconds Diego and his brother punched the older gentleman  and the rumor runs through phone calls, emails and WhatsApps.

Within days, all the “customers” started to ask their savings back.

What is the problem? Diego Kogutek doesn’t think he should return their savings

Carta con lágrimas de cocodrilo del hermano de Diego Kogutek. En ningún lugar dice ser acreedor en el concurso fraudulento de Diego, lo de la hebilla y el cinturón es falso, desconoce que las cajas de ahorro sí dan intereses y termina con una amenaza, fiel a su familia.

«Hace ya varios años mi hermano realiza negocios financieros, muchos de ellos con miembros de la comunidad, quien me conoce sabe que nunca me involucre en eso, sin

saber con quien, ni como, ni cuando y ningun dato sobre esos negociados.

Mi trabajo desde hace mas de 20 años hasta el dia de hoy es GRAFICO, me pueden acusar de que imprimo mal, a veces las cosas salen mal pero no mas que eso, que entrego

tarde, que cobro caro, etc… pero no hay persona que pueda decir que le hice un trabajo mal y no lo reconoci, con mis clientes a veces nos peleamos por trabajo pero

lo solucionamos, cuando hay que perder se pierde y se sigue, soy un laburante, no le debo un peso a nadie, mis dias los termino cansado y transpirado del esfuerzo que

pongo a diario, generalmente no paro ni para almorzar.

Todo este sacrificio es para ganar mi sustento, mantener a mi familia y darles lo mejor, al formar una familia mi esfuerzo diario es para ellos, lo que aprendí de mis

padres es a poner el lomo, ellos siendo jubilados siguen sacando fotocopias como hace añares, los pueden ver a diario trabajando, no soy «un genio» en los negocios y

no recibi herencia alguna, lo poco que tengo lo hice solo con el empujon de mis padres.

A causa de estar al lado de mi hermano en el lugar y momento justo en que 3 personas que yo desconocia se le acercaban gritando e incitandolo a pelear, (no eran

angelicales ahorristas como es que circulan en las notitas por whatsapp, facebook, web, etc… un señor que se saca un cinturon con hebilla metalica y lo revolea no

quiere charlar) me involucre en una riña defendiendo mi sangre, sin saber ni preguntar el motivo.

Luego de ese lamentable episodio fui enterandome un poco de que pasaba, mi hermano dice A y los involucrados dicen B, igualmente al dia de hoy seguimos sin saber la

veracidad, ni me interesa.

A raiz de esta situacion entre los INVERSIONISTAS (no confundan, los AHORROS no generan intereses, no son ahorristas, son inversionistas) y mi hermano «LA GENTE DICE»

que mi familia lo proteje y que planificamos todo esto, si lo estamos protejiendo no es a voluntad, no nos estaremos dando cuenta de lo que hacemos, igualmente creo

que no lo hacemos muy bien, el solo, como siempre lo hizo, genera y resuelve sus exitos y fracasos, nunca necesito de sus padres y hermanos, el que lo conoce al menos

un poquito nada mas lo sabe.

Hasta el dia de hoy, que no realicemos cartitas para que se difundan no quiere decir que estamos contentos ni deacuerdo con esta situación, los intimos saben también

lo que pasamos nosotros, no esperamos que lo entiendan, porque no es un familiar de ustedes.

A los que escriben las cartas les recuerdo que uds hicieron negocios con una persona puntual, no con toda mi familia, si tienen reclamos sobre imprenta aca estoy.

Juzguenlo a el como les parezca y de la forma que crean correcta, con mi familia tambien lo hacemos, tambien de manera y forma que creemos corresponde como familia,

les puedo decir que todo lo que pongan en contra de mis padres o mia no va a solucionar ni mejorar sus problemas sino van a generar otros.
